Point / Phase
Point invoice
- The project to which the order is associated cannot be divided into phases.
- An order can be divided into Points, among other things, when there is a requirement from the invoice recipient that the invoice shall have a sub specification with material and hourly consumption for multiple work locations/points.
- The points will have their own invoice texts and can be both fixed price and bill work on the same invoice.
- Orders consisting of a fixed price and agreed bill work in addition can be divided into points for having only an order number to deal with.
- A fixed price is then specified at one point and as many points are created as is required for the invoice specification.
- The point field in the order image becomes active when the point invoice is selected and the points are created from this field. See also Point billing.
- The points are unique to the order and cannot be transferred to other orders,
Phase invoice
- Used if the invoice should be specified with one or more phases created on the project to which the order belongs.
