What you see now is a new Knowledge Center. We've added content as a kind of placeholder to help you get started. You may want to edit or delete this content.
The Knowledge Center gives customers an opportunity to find help for themselves. Knowledge Center includes
- A knowledge base and a customer portal for support requests
- You can also add an online community to Knowledge center if you have Zendesk Gather
Customers can search for articles in the knowledge base to learn how to perform a task or possibly search the community and ask questions of other users. If customers can't find a solution, they can send an inquiry to a customer consultant.

All users have their own Knowledge Center profile. Knowledge Center users can get to know each other better. The profiles contain relevant information about the user, as well as their activities and contributions.
