• Order note
• Customer note

Job description

• A description of the job to be done
• Transferred to work order/handheld

Invoice comment

• Copied from the work order description
• If one does not make a change, this will be the text that the customer sees on the invoice
• Make a change and it will be locked to invoice text
• Changes made to order description will not affect invoice text after this

Order note

• The case manager is often the one using this field
• These may be notes around conversations made with the customer, why hours led do not match what is being billed, ......

Customer note

• Here you will see notes you have made on customer cards
